Our company, officially established in 2021, is built on a legacy of passion, precision, and expertise in the gem industry. The journey began in 2005 under the name SL Gems International, founded by Mr. Jayalal Premasinghe — a visionary leader with over 35 years of experience and continuous research in the field of gemstone heat treatment. His dedication laid the foundation for the excellence we are known for today.

We started with a small, privately owned lapidary in Sri Lanka and just a handful of dedicated employees. Through hard work and unwavering focus on quality, we have grown into a major presence in the industry, now operating two main facilities in Ratnapura and employing over 150 skilled professionals.
